How I create real value
To deliver meaningful impact, I guide others in learning about the current experience/system to be improved, where changes are needed and why, the impact and change opportunities to explore, and how to implement the change.
Using that learning, I facilitate execution of the process or other experience/system change intended to produce the desired impact.
To complete the cycle, I guide others in learning and monitoring what impact resulted from the change, what other changes might still be needed, and what about the change process worked well or didn't work well.
